Banana and apple crumble



Ingredients for 10 muffins sized crumbles

  • 225 gr 00 flour (or rice)

  • 75 gr granulated sugar

  • 1 sachet of vanillin

  • 1 egg

  • 125 gr butter

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 banana

  • 1 medium apple


Put the sugar, vanilla, egg, cold butter (cut into cubes)centre and baking soda in the center of the flour. Knead with your hands until you get a smooth dough. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for an hour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and set aside 150 grams for the "crumbs". With the remaining dough, make 10 balls of the same size and line the same number of cups. Peel apple and banana and cut them into very small cubes. Fill the muffin tins and "close" them with the rest of the dough reduced to crumbs. Sprinkle the surface with sugar and bake at 150°C for 10/12 minutes.
