Banana pancakes with oat flakes

Ingredients for 6/8 pancakes.

  • Oatmeal

  • 1 egg

  • 1 very ripe banana

Mash the banana with a fork, add the oat flakes, the egg and mix well with a fork.

Divide the mixture into pancakes that will be cooked on a hot plate. Cook two minutes on each side until a nice golden crust forms. Excellent for breakfast.
