Ingredients for 6 people
480 grams of boiled chickpeas (or drained in a jar)
150 gr of diced mozzarella
80 grams of diced smoked bacon
2 eggs
20 gr grated parmesan
1 small Tropea onion
80 gr of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of paprika
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of oregano
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
In a pan, heat a little oil with the Tropea onion cut into a veil, season the chickpeas and then blend everything. Add the spices, eggs, Parmesan and oregano. Line a pan with oil, breadcrumbs and half of the chickpea mixture, taking care to cover the edges with a thin layer. Add the bacon and mozzarella cubes and cover with the remaining chickpea mixture. Put in a preheated oven at 160 ° for 30 minutes.
