Buckwheat, ginger and cinnamon biscuits


Ingredients

  • 230 gr buckwheat flour

  • 120 gr of grated apple pulp (about 2 apples)

  • 6 tablespoons of water

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ tablespoon ginger powder

  • ½ teaspoon of rice malt or the tip of a teaspoon of brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius. In a bowl, combine buckwheat, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda and malt (or sugar) and finally the apple pulp and water. Knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture. Shape into balls, crush them to obtain the shape of a biscuit and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 13 minutes and let cool before serving
