Ingredients
230 gr buckwheat flour
120 gr of grated apple pulp (about 2 apples)
6 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoons of baking soda
½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ tablespoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon of rice malt or the tip of a teaspoon of brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius. In a bowl, combine buckwheat, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda and malt (or sugar) and finally the apple pulp and water. Knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture. Shape into balls, crush them to obtain the shape of a biscuit and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 13 minutes and let cool before serving
