Homemade granola with coconut sugar



Ingredients

  • 100 grams of coconut sugar

  • 250 gr of flaked oats

  • 130 gr of almonds (without shell but with skin)

  • 130 gr of hazelnuts

  • 130 gr of raisins

  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of salt


Preheat the oven to 130°C. In a saucepan, put the coconut sugar with 2 tablespoons of water. Heat and mix until all the sugar dissolves. In a bowl, put the oat flakes, almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon and salt; add the dissolved sugar and mix well. Line a dripping pan with baking paper spread the mixture and cook for 30 minutes, add the raisins and cook for another 15 minutes. Leave to cool and place in a closed glass jar.
