Ingredients for 4 people
8 mackerel fillets
1 organic lemon
Half a teaspoon of sumac
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Half a glass of water
In a pan, put the water, oil and the juice of half a lemon. Heat and add the fillets. Cook two minutes on each side. Remove from heat and sprinkle the fillets with sumac and grated lemon zest.
