Ingredients for 4 people
200 gr of shelled pistachios
2 tablespoons of parmesan or grated parmesan
4 fresh basil leaves
1 clove of garlic
100 ml of water
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Boil some water in a saucepan, add the pistachios and cook for 5 minutes to soften the peel which we will then remove. Put all the solid ingredients in a mixer and when everything is chopped add the oil and water until you get a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
