Fast biscuits



Ingredients

  • Oatmeal

  • Apple juice

  • Raisins

  • Pine nuts


Soak the raisins in warm water for 10/15 minutes, drain and put them in a bowl together with all the other ingredients. Mix until you get a creamy but consistent mixture. Preheat the oven to 180oC.


Line a pan with parchment paper. Take the mixture with a spoon and place it on the plate forming piles. Put in the oven for about 15 minutes.
