Fruit Jam

The quantity of apples must be at least 30-50% of the fruit used and varies. You can add many ingredients to enrich the jam: ground chia seeds (strawberries), cinnamon (pears or quince apples), ginger (pears or quince apples), mint leaves (strawberries)...


500 grams of organic fruit (strawberries, apricots, pears, quince, rhubarb)

The juice of half a lemon

½ glass of water

200 grams of apples with peel and seeds cut into pieces

Wash the fruit and cut it into small pieces.

Bake the apples in the oven for 10 minutes.

Put the fruit, apples and lemon juice in a saucepan with thick bottom and start to cook over moderate heat, until all the liquid evaporates and you get a consistency similar to mashed potatoes. Add water gradually and cook over a higher heat, stirring constantly.When you get the right consistency transfer into sterilized glass jars, close with the caps and flip each jar on a wooden chopping board, so that the vacuum is formed. Leave to rest for at least 24/48 hours and store.
